By accessing and using Axiomas ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content, including but not limited to:

• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or inappropriate imagery
• Violence, threats, or content that promotes harm
• Spam, scams, or fraudulent content
• Copyright infringement or unauthorized use of intellectual property
• Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content you post or share through the Service. You agree to:

• Post only appropriate, lawful content
• Respect the rights and dignity of other users
• Report objectionable content when you encounter it
• Not engage in abusive behavior, including harassment, stalking, or intimidation
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent blocks or bans

4. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review, filter, and remove any content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or permanently ban users who violate these Terms
• Remove objectionable content within 24 hours of reporting
• Use automated and manual content filtering to maintain a safe environment

5. Reporting Objectionable Content

If you encounter objectionable content or abusive users:

• Use the in-app reporting feature to flag the content
• Reports are reviewed within 24 hours
• We take immediate action on verified violations, including content removal and user bans

6. Blocking Abusive Users

You have the ability to block other users. When you block a user:

• Their content will be immediately removed from your feed
• They will not be able to interact with you
• The developer will be notified of the block for review

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Post objectionable content
• Engage in abusive behavior
• Attempt to circumvent our content moderation systems

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content, you grant Axiomas a license to display, distribute, and use your content in connection with the Service.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
